Return Policy
Cancellation
We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.
Returns (if applicable)
We accept return of products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 14 days after the receipt of the product.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.Please do not send it back to the warehouse of logistics company and manufacturer,we will not take responsibility for that caused.
We will only charge when the customer confirms the order. If you have successfully purchased, please ignore the email information about the unpaid payment to prevent fraudulent calls!
Return Conditions
1. The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: bodysuits, lingerie, swimwear, jewelry, beauty, customized product and accessories (except scarves, bags, and mermaid blankets).
2. Returned items must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that has been worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.
3. We accept return of products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 14 days after the receipt of the product.
4. We do not accept returned items that have been sent back without proper returns requests.
5. We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned to us. The returns will be made at your own cost.
6. Please be sure to double-check your returns before shipping them out. We are not responsible for the return of non-Nanalily products .
7.If the customer ordered the wrong style due to their own reasons, we accept returns and refunds, but the customer needs to cooperate to return the package to the place of delivery. Please note that since real lace wigs are made to order, returns and refunds are not accepted for this type of product. Please choose carefully when purchasing.
Note: The original shipping fee and Shipping Guarantee are non-refundable.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
